In BadLands RPG, Santa spells his name with an extra "t" for extra Tough.
Stanta "Two Tough" Clause.
Santa would be a Half-Orc of "large" (fat) phenotype. The new 1.69 armor does not work with the large phenotype. Horse Riders also have a large phenotype problem. My solution was to reset every player to normal phenotype at logon. I could have done something different, but then I would have to write some elaborate, CPU hungry checking system to see who is doing what, when and why.
So we have a Santa on a diet.
Santa would would use two Scimitars and plenty of Weapon Master levels to back them up.
I suppose we're talking about a Deep Orc with Blindsight and str +4, cha +4.
Although I have trouble envisioning Santa as a mêlée class, more of a Paladin, Bard blend actually. 18 or 20 Paladin levels, 7 Weapon Master and 13 or 15 Bard levels. This would be feat hungry but might actually be worth the efforts. Getting around the Alignment restrictions would be tough.

Ok, this calls for a BadLands RPG
character building contest.
Womever comes up with the best Melee Stanta Claws get some sort of sweet prize. After everyone has their Stanta Claws built, there should be a last man standing battle to determine the winner. Maybe even have 2nd and 3rd place prizes and honorable mention.
Max level for participation should be level 40.
Sounds good to me. Is this a Strength based build only? A dex based would probably last longer, but you started buy saying, "Stanta is strength based in BadLands."
Set-up a date and time, and hopefully all the DMs and lots of players will be there. Your running this show Simon. Are we expected to earn your levels by then? Or can we get a free 40 and 3 mill gold to buy gear in UD?

Well, this technically is your server Q. So the free 40 and 3 million gold is totally up to you. I would like to see that happen because it'll probably take forver to wait until everyone has actually earned their 40 levels.
My plan is to have the contest sometime after christmas when everyone is done with holiday stuff and people get back to normal. I wont be available until after then anyhow.

Simon, you are in charge of this contest. You have the honors of the major stuff. I have a few suggestions to start with:
1. Pick a date like 2 days after Christmas. That would be Saturday, 27 December.
2. Pick a time using GMT (Greenwich Mean Time) and let us calculate what our clocks will read. I am in the PST which is -8 hours of GMT. If you picked 12 GMT, I would be there at 4 AM (yuk).
3. Each participant would need to start a noob, (check the ID numbers), and then be given 40 levels, 3 mill gold, and a port to UD.
4. This is STRENGTH based. Anybody not starting with, and ending with, STRENGTH as the larger number of all the attributes will be disqualified.
5. All races and classes will be allowed. Your STRENGTH must be greater than all other attributes.
I can't think of much more at the moment. You're a DM, I'm the server host. As a DM, that's one of the many things you can do.
Ok, thats cool.
I was also thinking that technically "Santa" would have to be of any of the "good" alignments too.
Im having a hard time imagining an evil santa. lol
I can't imagine Santa as chaotic either. It seems to me that a Santa could be LG, LN, NG, or TN, but defiantly not any Evil or Chaotic alignment.
How many plan on being there? Give a hoot here.

I have a Human/ Goliath idea called "SantaClaus Blade" who is True Neutral, he is awaiting his 40 levels and start up gold in Dozo, (he is lvl 2)

I'll make an appearance. My computer has been having some major issues but I'm getting close to getting it fixed. Let me know when it's being held and I'll try to be there.
I'd say since he's a saint who spends hid time giving toys to kids he HAS to be good. But that's just me.
Of course that would mean no PM so no crit immunity so this could be a quick tourney. I'm in btw.
Ok, after Garbles last post, I have to Pre-release my build idea. I have set my heart on the following :-
Human/Goliath(DualWielding Scimiters with no Shield like in the Picture of "Suicidal Santa").
Barbarian 20 / Bard 3 / PM 3 / Barbarian 1 (Epic Barbarian) / PM 12 ( Epic Warding ) / Barbarian 1 :)
I would get Dev Crit Scimiter, and
the 3 Epic Rage Feats too if possible along the way at 30/33/36
Please let me build him :)
He is neither Chaotic nor Evil :)
A good STR based Barbarian build, and i never made a Dual Scimiter one before :)

No Pale Master? So much for my build idea.
Being a Santa contest, that would eliminate any sub-race that can't show armor like Ogrillion and Kobold.
Grr, and I was thinking of a Shades/PM.
So, Simon, is this about how it goes? Dress your toon up like Santa with a red dress and black knee-highs. Stand on a street corner and wink at the boys. When 3 sailors go by, you'll here them say, "Ho, Ho, Ho".
In a deep manly voice you tell em, "Nothin kinky or I'll slit you're throat." Followed with, "300 gold to NOT kick you're ass." And if you start losing, you run away and come back with you're gang of merry Elfs.
Santa might be a Ranger/Sorcerer. This would get him his Two Weapon Feats and four Reindeer. Well, the best we can do here is one Animal Companion (Ranger), one Familiar (Sorcerer), A summons (spell) and a Henchmen (Horse). Probably nit the best build choice, but gets the most almost reindeer.
I was thinking of a PM build as well. You will want PM 10 just to offset all the Dev Masters in the arena and PM 15 if you want Warding or Mage Armor. PM 16 will get you another bump in AC.
Lots of Con is also a way to avoid Dev Crit, but that's not immunity.
If PM is out, then maybe a Barbarian / RDD.
I'll try to get a copy of Shorty up to UD for this tourney. I think it should be limited to what we can buy and craft in UD. Maybe a small scroll shop would be nice. UMD might be nice.

In the picture, Santa is wielding a big Two-Handed Sword and has two smaller swords ready to go on his back. Is that part of the criteria? Use a single BIG sword without a shield or dual swords?
Can I build a Strength based Cross-Bow Cleric?
Just because santa posed with an axe for the pic doesn't mean u have to use one. (Imo)
That's just for splitting yule logs. For the truly naughty he might break out any number of "stocking stuffers."

Halfling/Athaslan (Barbarian favoured class)
Barbarian 28 / Bard 1 / RDD 10 / Bard 1 :)
Don't frown at his small stature, he will have STR in bucket loads and CON too :)
Dual Kukris too :)
Alas he can only lift a Greataxe to show his immense Strength, but not wield one in combat due to his Small Stature.
I shall play with my other SantaClaus Blade in the meantime, as all my other 46 chars are now Legendary (Chasing after Darian's Total lol)
