Nice AC boost.
Regen +3 is a welcomed thing to find.
The damage absorb won't stack with other damage reductions. Only the single highest will work.
Can't change the look without loosing the skirt. The "skirt" is actually the lower half of a full covering for Chain Mail or Full Plate. This is truly a "unique look".
When I built the Crafting System and added the 1.69 parts, I set it so you can't get the bottoms without first getting the tops. Tops are only available on Chain or Plate. The matching Bottoms show up in the Robe Section after setting the tops.
Ok, so how does one obtain this nifty piece of clothing? :P
Well, spoilers are not something I'm fond of. Being an adventurous sort myself, I tend to enjoy exploring new places and searching things out. This gets me killed sometimes, but....

Indeed, but most of the dexers that will use this clothing don't have access to stoneskin or greater stoneskin. Ac+6, regen and dmg reduction is a good combination, I think..
