There was a time when you could craft a better Rapier than this.
But a re-balance of weapon structure has put his back into a desirable Boss Drop once again.
Notes:
- This has keen on it that can't be put on a Rapier.
- The element damage is more than normally allowed in the shops.
- Silence DC 26 is the highest DC available from Bioware.
